The AML&CTF Policy is issued in accordance with the Information Management Policy and sets out the principles and standards for compliance and management of risks associated with financial crime in 1SUN S.R.L. or its affiliated companies (hereon "the Company"). The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for compliance and management of risks associated with financial crime in the Company.
